The delivery deadline indicated on the order begins from the date of payment identification, which varies according to the payment method:

Credit Card: between four (4) and seventy-two (72) business hours

Boleto Bancário: after clearance, which may take up to 2 business days

Therefore, if you are in a hurry to receive your delivery, we suggest paying via Credit Card.

Deliveries occur from Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 6 PM. In some ZIP code areas of certain cities, deliveries may also take place on Saturdays during business hours. If you are absent or if it is necessary to confirm the address and/or recipient's name, or even if the package is withheld for analysis and validation by competent authorities, the delivery deadline is paused.

Orders placed on our website are shipped via the Post Office to all regions of Brazil, and via motorcycle courier within the city of São Paulo. The shipping timeframe is informed on the product page and begins after receipt of payment confirmation from the responsible charging institution.

To check the shipping cost and timeframe, choose the items you wish to purchase and click "Add to Cart." Then, enter your ZIP code, and the cost and timeframe will be calculated automatically.

All orders are subject to registration data analysis and approval, which may take a little longer for payment confirmation.
